Child development experts have often cited the importance of helping children develop social skills as early as possible, and sports is one of the best methods of helping children interact with their peers, as well as develop confidence.


Little Champs Sports Club Gets Young Children Moving Be a Good Sport & keep their future Active, ENROL NOW! The exercise and physical activity program helps pre-school children get moving with fun and simple routines.

Government officials recommend that children spend at least 3 hours engaging in moderate to vigorous play. Unfortunately, a number of children don't get the daily recommendation of exercise, that’s where kids sports comes in.

Children who engage in regular movement are more likely to become healthy adults, however, an Australian Health Survey from 2012 found that 25% of Australian children and teens aged 5 to 17 were considered overweight or obese. Sophie Le Couteur wanted to provide an easy way for parents to help their children get the exercise they needed in a fun and interactive way and came up with the Little Champs Sports Club.

Little Champs Sports Club is a multi-sports program for children age 16 months to 6 years. The program helps facilitate children to move, jump and play all while having fun providing a safe and interactive way for preschool children to socialise and interact with children their own age. ‘’We foster self-confidence and independence whilst developing balance, co-ordination and important leadership and social skills’’ says Le Couteur.

Little Champs Sports Clubs uses routines, songs, and play to help children learn at their own pace. Active Kids are Healthy Kids, Be a good Sport & Keep their Future Active!
