Krav Maga Systems is a self-defence school that teaches you techniques, methods and strategies from Krav Maga - one of the most effective and efficient Self-defense systems in the world.

The advantage of learning Krav Maga is that you don't need to train for years in order to use what you learn. From your very first class you will see that what you've been taught can be used straight away.

You learn how to defend yourself from many common problems. The techniques and strategies you learn can be applied to many situations and problems. About 85% of conflict and violence can be stopped in the early stages, provided you are aware of what cues to look out for. You learn not only how to physically defend yourself, but also how to recognise, avoid and prevent danger and conflict from becoming a problem.

Krav Maga Systems North Parramatta has classes 5 days a week. There are classes for , children, teens and adults mixed training. Personal training options are available, as well as corporate and school training packages.
