Classes are held in our full time Martial Arts training facility (Dojo) with a sprung wooden, fully matted training floor, training equipment and a comfortable seating area for parents to socialise.

Would you like to build self-confidence in your child? Is there a fun and effective way to get your child more active? Our fun, high-energy specially tailored kids program will get them moving.

Do you worry about how to focus your childs energy and teach self-control? Our instructors use karate games and drills to improve concentration, focus, and ability to follow directions.

Your child will be able to practice their listening skills to develop better self-control, discipline and values.

Hand-eye coordination is important in your childs early development. Martial arts provides plenty of opportunities to improve fine motor skills through techniques, obstacles, drills and challenges.

Learning martial arts sharpens memory, focus and retention skills. It also keeps kids mentally engaged

Specific Junior & Youth classes are held afternoons on Tuesday & Thursday.
Wednesday - Separate Youth Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced classes
Mixed age classes are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday.
