Our head instructors have lived in Okinawa, Japan, the birthplace of Karate while training under the watchful eye of Kuba Yoshio sensei (10th dan) who is one of the best and most respected karate sensei in the world.
​
They have both been awarded 3rd and 4th dan ranks and have been given the title of Shibu cho (Branch chief) of the Okinawa Karate do Kenpo Kai in Australia.
​
All of our instructors have been to Okinawa to train.
​
If you want to learn real no nonsense Karate direct from the source, look no further.

Why run on a tread mill when you can get fit and learn a valuable life skill.

Kids classes Tuesday and Thursday 6 - 7 pm

    Changed my life
    I started martial arts training at age 20 and never looked back. If you want to raise your self-confidence, improve physical fitness and meet truly inspiring people, I cannot recommend anyone better to train under than Sensei Adam and Sensei Kayla.
