Age based Karate and Self Defence classes in West Lindfield

We are WWCC approved and offer the NSW $100 Active Kids Rebate.

Learn Karate and Self Defence in a safe, controlled and energised environment where you'll participate in age based classes run by qualified instructors.

The instructors work hard to get the best out of all their students. They will show your kids the basics of karate and self defence and help your kids develop good technique, fitness, core strength, focus, balance and posture.

Our classes are NON CONTACT so there is never any chance of injury.

Students learn how to do the techniques properly and develop an understanding of the philosophy behind Martial Arts.

Our classes are held in a well-equipped Kid Friendly Martial Arts studio. It is clean and air-conditioned and we have plenty of kid safe equipment that helps to keep the classes energised and the training fun and interesting.

The classes are age appropriate and taught with a modern approach where safety takes the highest priority.

Your first class is FREE so come along and have a go.

When: Tuesday from 4.15pm

    Student to Sensei
    I was a student of Karate For Kids for eight years from the age of 7. My mum originally enrolled me because I was (in her words) "an uncoordinated bag of bones". My confidence grew, I made friends I'm still in contact with to this day, and it taught me how to cope with bullying in early year 7. After achieving my junior black belt I began assisting other students and I later returned as an assistant instructor, and then instructor. The experience, discipline and leadership skills I developed at Karate For Kids have also directly benefited me outside of karate, in applications for jobs, on-campus accommodation during my studies, and more. I made it a point to carry and pass on the same principles to my own students. It's what makes Karate For Kids so special.

    Great School!
    My kids have been going to Karate for Kids for 4 years now and they totally LOVE it! The instructors are really good and all the kids are looked after. The school is run really professionally and the kids have a great time.
