We teach an integrated system of Martial Arts combining Kodokan Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which provides a well rounded and balanced form of effective self defense for children. Our students come from Wyndham Vale, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Point Cook and Surrounding Areas.

    Highly recommended
    Kaizen is an amazing place. The coaches are fantastic with kids and once you start with them you are part of the family. My fiance was so impressed he started going aswell. I rest easy knowing my son is learning such useful tools to not only defend himself should the need arise, but also valuable life skills.
