JUNG SHIN Taekwondo is a Family Martial Art, and available locally NOW for you to be trained by true professionals in the Art Form. Our focus is on behaviour development, safety skills, & learning the art of taekwondo, in a controlled, safe & friendly environment, to develop excellent martial arts skills. Being a traditional martial art JUNG SHIN Taekwondo is suitable for individuals or the whole family, for any age from 7 years up to adults. Jung Shin Taekwondo is a superior art of self defence that develops your body and mind. Practicing Jung Shin Taekwondo improves your physical fitness, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and power. It also builds self confidence, self discipline, integrity and self control. Each class is varied and may include fitness building games, learning self defence techniques for real life situations, learning your pattern for your grade, non contact sparing, stretching techniques, bag work (practicing hand and leg techniques) among other things. Each movement has a specific purpose and involves the beneficial stretching and strengthening of the arms, legs and torso while teaching the mind self control.

    Great Club - Get Involved to Improve Your Self-Confidence and Fitness and Meet Great People
    This is a great club. I'm from the Lismore group and have really enjoyed training and continuing to train witth the Jung Shin Taekwondo school. I recommend others to come along and try it out.
