* Mondays - 5.30pm to 6.30pm for ages 7yrs to adults
* Tuesdays (2 x classes) 5pm to 6pm for ages 6yrs to adults & 6pm to 7pm for ages 7yrs to adults

JUNG SHIN Taekwon-do is a Family Martial Art, suitable for ages 6yrs to adults & available locally for you to be trained in the Traditional Art form by experienced & qualified instructors. All our instructirs are accredited & certified by Martial Arts Australia which is the largest & most trusted Martial Arts Association in Australia. Founder, Master Damian Burke, 6th Dan.

Our mission is to build family bonds & a safer community through Martial Arts. Our focus is on empowering our students through acquiring excellent Martial Arts & safety skills, as well as personal & behavioural development. We provide instruction in a controlled, safe, friendly & inclusive environment.

We have NO OBLIGATION / FREE trials available. You can take advantage of TWO WEEKS of FREE LESSONS to try it out.

Jung Shin Taekwon-do will develop your body & mind. Training in Jung Shin Taekwon-do will improve your physical fitness, flexibility, strength, muscle tone & power. It will also build your self confidence, self discipline, integrity & self control. Each class is varied & may include fitness building games, learning self defence techniques for real life situations, learning your pattern for your grade, non contact sparing, stretching techniques, bag work (practicing hand and leg techniques) among other things. Each movement has a specific purpose & involves the beneficial stretching & strengthening of the arms, legs & torso while teaching the mind self control.
