Gymnastics is a sport for everybody!

KINDER GYM: Gym Bubs, Gym Tots and Mini Gym. from walking to 4 years old come for a stimulating movement experience with opportunities to explore and develop physical abilities.

WOMEN’S & MEN’S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS: This is the early stage in the development of gymnastic ability and success. Children follow the National Levels curriculum and are assessed in the Club at each level before progressing to the next.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS: focuses on flexibility, strength, coordination, elegance and harmony of movements.

ACRO- GYMNASTICS: is a spectacular sport for people who want to share the thrill of performing balances, flips and twists with their friends. While other gymnasts might handstand on the bars or beam, acrobats find themselves balancing on their team mate's feet, hands or shoulders. With roles as tops, middles or bases, there is a place for everyone in Acrobatic Gymnastics.

ADULT CLASSES Strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class offers skill development on all gymnastics apparatus. It improves posture, body awareness and range of motion.

TEAMGYM: This is an exciting gymnastics program that demonstrates effective teamwork, good technique and spectacular acrobatic skills. Team Gym is about building team spirit in a fun and friendly atmosphere and is suitable for everyone from 8 years of age.

GENTLE GYM: This is a program tailored for senior members of our community that aims to incorporate all the benefits of gymnastics into a movement program which is achievable fun and provides ongoing physical and psychological stimulation.
