Description

Martial arts seminars and training sessions for groups or private lessons for individuals from beginners to advanced.
All sessions conducted by Master Michael Muleta, 8th degree Black elt, multiple national champion, former national coach and Taekwon-Do hall of fame inductee.
Bookings are by appointment only.
Personal Training with Master Muleta is available in the areas of:
ITF Sparring
ITF Patterns
Self-Defense
Boxing
Kickboxing
Strength and Conditioning

To compliment our martial arts program, we also run government recognized educational programs and personal training conducted by highly credentialed industry leaders, through our industry partnership with Global Fitness Institute.

All are welcome

At the ITF Centre of Excellence, we are more than happy for instructors to take away knowledge, techniques and teaching methodologies and share with their own schools. We do not see other ITF schools as our competitors.

It is in line with Master Muleta's own philosophies on martial arts, business and life, and we regard it as a necessary approach to encourage raising and standardization of ITF standards and quality. It is purely a user-pays system and mindset.

Unlike other schools, the ITF Centre of Excellence is a non-political environment with no membership or affiliation required to the center itself.

Students and instructors from all schools and associations are welcome to participate in our scheduled activities, and access our personal trainers and facilities. There is no requirement to cease training in your other school, in fact we encourage people to train as much as they can, with as many people as they can.
