Experienced black belt instructors bring a wealth of knowledge to karateka from age 5 to 50+. We are the ONLY club in the Sutherland Shire affiliated with NSW Karate and Karate Australia. Established in the Sutherland Shire in 1984, we are located in the Menai Indoor Sports Centre.

Our Chief Instructor Sensei Alison Peachey 6th Dan is an internationally experienced competitor and current World Karate Federation referee. She holds silver coaching accreditation via SportAus/AIS and is a school teacher (deputy principal).

We have specific classes for 4-7 years, 8-12 years, teens/adults and families. We teach the serious aspiring international competitor and the students after increased confidence, coordination, fitness, discipline and self defence skills. We are a family business, are very family oriented and offer substantial discounts for 2+ family members.

We train during school terms at the Menai Indoor Sports Centre and you can have a free week at any time during the term. Email, message or call for further details and current joining specials and beginner camps.

    Great for kids
    The instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely in the 50+ category but feel right at home even though most of the students in my class are under 18. The classes are full on for an hour which seems about right. A good workout for those looking for fitness and short enough for the younger ones to maintain focus, especially with the variety of activities provided.
