Ipswich City Physie offers dance classes as Deebing Heights and Springfield Lakes for girls and ladies of ALL ages. No matter how old or young you are, there is a class for you.

All of our classes are very affordable, with no expensive costumes, shoes or uniform requirements. We offer competitive classes, and fun supportive classes. Physie is the perfect sport if you are looking to develop technique, strength, sportsmanship and a love for dance!

Physie teaches strength, technique, fitness, performance and expression whilst building sportsmanship and a passion for this amazing sport. The dances are targeted at different age groups and specifically designed to help them grow and develop. Physie creates friends for life, and through this encourages girls and ladies to continue to grow.

We offer classes for Mums and beginner adults as well, so if you have ever wanted to start dancing, or just want something to keep you fit - look no further!
