The Ingle Farm Little Athletics Centre is a family oriented club that enables children aged 3 to 16 to compete in the sport of athletics, modified to suit the needs of children. Our main summer season runs from September to March, with Cross Country and a few other things in the winter.

We welcome all Little Athletes, regardless of ability or experience. Little Aths is all about being your best; that is the emphasis is on beating your own personal best score, rather than being the best of the best. This provides for a friendly, pressure free competition that allows children to improve their fitness, coordination, and skills in running, jumping and throwing, which can be used as a basis for most other sports. Little Athletics is an excellent source of off-season fitness for participants of winter sports.

Golding Oval is used for training, and occasional meets. Most Meets are held at the Bridgestone Athletics Centre, Frost Road, Salisbury South.
