IMC offers classes for children from as young as 2 years, all the way through to Adults.
Our classes are designed to be practical and fun in a way that motivates and builds confidence in students of all ages. Kids Karate program is the longest running and best organised in the Sydney area. We teach Martial Arts to children in a fun, safe and non-competitive environment.
We offer a unique blend of goal-setting, self-confidence, respect and discipline programs which are taught to many hundreds of children each week. These goals are attained in an enjoyable, exciting and challenging atmosphere while in a family like setting.
Martial Minis (18 months-3 years)
A fun and energetic program where parents and toddlers get to train together! The program is a great way for our Mini Martial Artists to learn control, focus, balance, co-ordination and of course the program is completely non-contact and non-aggressive.
Little Ninjas (3-6 years)
IMC's Little Ninja program offers an age-specific curriculum that has been professionally designed to teach children life skills in a fun, exciting and enriching manner.
Our Little Ninjas learn values like:
Teamwork
Good Manners
Focus
Discipline
Self-Defence
Self-Control
Confidence
And trying their best at all times.
Kids Karate (7-14 years)
According to recent studies, many of today's kids are spending way too much time "glued to the tube" and "surfing the net". As a result they are not getting the exercise they need to stay fit and healthy. Our specialised curriculum teaches kids valuable self-protection skills and builds confidence, like no other activity. Kids Karate classes teach children how to gain control of their mind, body and emotions.
Every parent needs to know that their child can protect themselves, should the need arise in today's violent world. At IMC we teach modern effective self-defence that will give students a real fighting chance.

    Love it!!!
    Can’t recommend this holiday camp highly enough. My son was tired of doing the same boring holiday camps until he came to IMC Engadine. Every school holidays he asks me to book him in. Loads of fun, lots to do and run by the amazing Sensei Maggie who is great with kids. Definitely worth giving a go.
