Our aim is to provide a friendly, supportive environment where kids can express themselves, grow & become empowered whilst learning invaluable Martial Art skills & Self Defense directly transferable to life.

Small group or Private training is available to suit kids from 4-16years+
Also specialising in kids with disabilities and requiring enhanced sports performance and conditioning.
