Newly established in 2023, HVCT is located in the heart of Wallan to provide access for young people in the area and surrounding townships an opportunity to perform, build confidence and create a sense of connectedness amongst like minded people through the art form otherwise known as calisthenics.

At HVCT we endeavour to provide each individual with an experience that is unique to them by developing leadership skills, building trust and teaching responsibilities about what it means to be part of a team through the disciplines that make calisthenics the unique sport it is.

We put safety first with well supported and accredited coaches who are all first aid trained, actively take charge of their continual development and are provided with opportunities for collaboration with peers and professionals from the calisthenic community as well as wider professionals and specialists outside of the sport.

We encourage all coaches to actively get involved with the HVCT community to find out how they can better play their part in shaping a stronger culture amongst its members. HVCT acknowledges that its coaches are our biggest contributors and hold an extremely vital and important role in shaping young people into the 21st century. The aim of HVCT is to be guided by experts in the field, its coaches but driven by its members of the community for community.

HVCT coaches consider the well-being of its members to be an essential part in ensuring they feel safe, engaged and connected and are committed to child safety standards set by our governing body and at all times MUST hold a current WWCC.

HVCT actively operates to create a space with a sense of belonging to; protect children, empower them and to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment.
