Sign on is 4pm to 4.30pm.
The season opens with 6 weeks of developmental skills and fun activities. This first part of our season is designed to develop core strength, balance, coordination and the skills needed to compete in the athletic events in our second part of the season.
4.30pm start each Friday night with warm up and set up.
