We offer 13 classes per week for Junior Adults (11 - 14 years) and 5 classes per week for Young Adults (15 - 17 years).
With so many options, you can choose the classes that best fit your schedule each week. We designed our timetable to make it as convenient as possible for both students and their parents.
If you have multiple children, they can all train in their age-appropriate programs at the same time, so you won’t need to spend hours waiting for different classes.

Purchase the trail on our website, we have 16 classes a week for Ninja Stars (5 - 8) and 19 classes each week for Samurai Warriors (8 - 11) .
There is so much choice and the freedom to come to the classes that work best for you each week. We designed it this way to make it as convenient to get to class as possible for our students and their parents.
If you have several children they can all train in their own age appropriate programme at the same time so you don't have to stay for hours while they wait for their class.

Husband trains with the adults, I do fitness kickboxing and all 3 boys started as a ninja stars and are working their way through the kids program. We love this program because it is fun, it's very inclusive (EVERYONE is welcome!), they learn incredibly important self defence skills (with the goal to always just be doing whatever you can to get away from a situation) and it's holistic (with it also focusing on things like how to be a good friend etc). We actually travel quite a long way to keep coming to these classes instead of going anywhere local because I've never seen anywhere that offers ALL of the above closer to home.
