We have been sending our 8 year old son to classes for over 2 years and we have found Sensei Rob and his team to be welcoming and professional, honestly they are inspirational. We also sent our son and 11 year old daughter to the Griffin Aikido vacation programs this year. Our kids not only learn how to defend themselves and others, but more so, at a deeper level, they are learning how to be powerful in a calm, caring and considerate way... I have no hesitation in recommending Griffin Aikido.
