Gracie Barra is no ordinary martial arts organisation. Students enjoy access to over 1000 Gracie Barra Schools worldwide, professional-quality Jiu-Jitsu gear and online resources to further their training.

They promote a holistic perspective to Jiu-Jitsu, including physical and mental wellness. All GB Schools are supervised by a Gracie Barra certified instructor, who supports students and helps each one achieve their potential through challenging training programs. Each class is customised to offer maximum benefit for the students.

They offer everything from Jiu-Jitsu classes for children and adults to Jiu-Jitsu inspired fitness classes, including self-defence classes for both men and women. Choose from a variety of Gracie Barra Programs, including:

The Kids Program was carefully designed gathering the experience of more than 20 Gracie Barra black belt instructors teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids.

It is built to teach kids effective self defence techniques, improve their physical qualities, stimulate bonding with other kids, and develop their character by applying the lessons they learn on the mats on their daily lives. The program builds self confidence, discipline, respect and teaches how to stop bullying since young.

The curriculum is subdivided in three different groups to accommodate students at different ages and skill levels.
