Perhaps you have experimented with floats and dives in the water and wondered how those graceful synchro swimmers make it all look so effortless….is it a sport? It is definitely one of the best ways to advance your fitness and flexibility. And after all that hard work, it is still a very feminine and beyond doubt , an elegant alternative to the swimming.

There is no age, abilities or ethnic limitations to synchronise your abilities in our club. We offer simple fun and creativity for very little mermaids, progressive development for junior level, professional training for elite athletes and different way of swimming that help you to improve body awareness, breath control and fitness level regardless of your age.
What is synchronised swimming?

In simple terms, to be a synchronised swimmer one would require a blend of grace, agility and flexibility, sense for near-perfect timing, music interpretation and an ability to fuse it all in a theatrical way. A nose clip prevents water from entering the nose; Gelatine keeps the hair in place; Make-up brings out the features. Most importantly, an underwater speaker lets the swimmers hear the music clearly while underwater, helping them achieve the split-second timing critical to glamorously complete the synchronised swimming routines.



Technical and Physical

Synchronised swimmers perform highly technical and physically demanding routines in the water and are marked by a panel of judges. Each duet (two athletes), solo, team (eight athletes) or combo team (10 athletes) performs a technical routine and a free routine.

The draw for the technical routine is open, while the free routine is seeded on the basis of results from the technical routine. Judging of each routine consists of two marks: technical merit and artistic impression.
