Description

Go4Fun is an established healthy lifestyle program to improve health, fitness, self-esteem and confidence in children above their ideal weight. Go4Fun runs over a 10 week school term, with one 2 hour session per week. Parents attend each session with their children to encourage a whole family approach. All sessions run after school. Sessions include:- Weekly games and activities for kids. Fun, interactive discussions to teach easy and effective ways to improve children's nutrition, physical activity and self-esteem.
