We are a Professional full time Martial Arts and Fitness center operating in Caroline Springs. With over 30 years of experience in the field we opened this Club in the heart of Caroline springs to introduce everyone to a wide variety of classes that offer Personal Fitness, Strength and Endurance Training, Self Defense, Flexibility and many more, all in one place where people of all ages can learn, train and grow in a safe friendly and fun environment.
Our instructors are equipped with many years of experience in their respective fields to offer the best teaching and guidance to all who wish to attend their classes.

The founders of GMA Fitness Academy share a combined knowledge of Taekwondo (among other arts) spanning over 30 years training under Grand Master Yong Youl Oh. With a High respect for our Grand Master and all that he has taught us we host all our gradings with his presence to assure that the highest standards are maintained.

Martial Arts is a great way to stay in shape while learning something that can one day save your life if placed in harms way.
But these are only the tip of the iceberg when you look at all the possibilities martial arts offers. Training the physical body is essential in any martial art, but training the mind is also a big part of the process, teaching discipline, focus, restraint and patience which transfer into every day life, helping the individual reach their goals and achieve all they wish to in their life.

We have also incorporated into our growing family Yoga, Jiu Jitsu, Kung-Fu, Iaido and Group Fitness Classes held at different times throughout the week, each with highly experienced instructors.
