Physie and Dance is for girls and women of all ages, it is a dance sport combining different dance genres. All genres are taught in one hour weekly classes. The syllabus includes pilates, contemporary, lyrical and modern dances choreographed to modern music by the Australian Physie and Dance Association.

GC Physie and Dance was established in 2012 and in the 4 years has achieved many successes which include receiving 21 National places and 4 National titles!

Physie and Dance has many benefits including improving physical fitness, establishing correct posture, improving flexibility and coordination, enhancing self confidence, building social skills.

Under the direction of some of Queensland's finest creative physie instructors and dance choreographers Gold Coast Physie And Dance aims to bridge the gap between the traditional school of physie and the world of contemporary dance, to create an innovative dance sport that reflects the discipline of physie and the creativity of dance.
