Gi and no-gi classes available. Garra BJJ Nambour places emphasis on correct technique, fitness and a supportive environment, Michael is also a masters-qualified exercise physiologist and can assist with effective strength and conditioning programs.

Great training, great people

When my daughter from overseas came to the Coast for 8 weeks, she was keen to maintain her jiu jitsu training for the duration of her stay. I contacted Mike, who was most helpful and welcoming, and my daughter started training straight away. Mike is an excellent instructor, and he and all the participants are supportive and respectful of one another. Mike has a relaxed instructing style, and maintains an element of fun. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time training with Mike and the team, and always came home on a high. She is looking forward to her next visit to Australia, and some more training.
