Description

Piano lessons, Theory & Musicianship, Early Childhood Kodaly music classes Adult Courses in early childhood music education.
Gail's vocation in music has taken her on a journey as a piano teacher, performer, classroom music specialist, music psychotherapist and early childhood music lecturer.

Her studio offers enjoyable private piano lessons, theory and musicianship lessons and courses in music education for teachers and parents. Gail has broadened her studio through online lessons where she teaches students via Zoom and Skype.

For over 30 years Gail has taught students of all ages and levels of advancement in schools and her private studio. Her students are the recipients of numerous awards and several are now music teachers.

In addition to her private studio Gail served as Past President of the Kodaly Music Education Institute of Australia (KMEIA) and was National Coordinator for KMEIA's
do-re-mi early childhood music program for 15 years. In 2019 Gail was the recipient of the prestigious International Katalin Forrai Award for her service and leadership in early childhood music education in Australia and abroad.

Gail holds a Bachelor of Human Services, Bachelor of Theology, Masters of Education, T.Mus.A (piano) and is a Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery. Her multidisciplinary approach combines to broaden and enrich her service to people of all ages and backgrounds.
