We offer Family Yoga classes. Family yoga is about connecting with your loved ones away from the day-to-day distractions of technology and chores. Switch off the iPads, leave the phones at home and connect through fun, play and yoga! The class is tailored towards kids and their keen desire for discovery, movement, fun and exploration. Our kids yoga classes include basic yoga poses, creative play, animated breathing exercises, visualisation, dance, games and soothing relaxation. We foster an environment that teaches children the foundations of mind-body health.
Who is this for? Ideal for children aged 3 – 9. Parents, grandparents and extended family members are all welcome to join in on the fun. No yoga experience required but a willingness to have fun is a must!

About us: "Focus Yoga & Pilates is a product of a husband and wife team united in a passion to share the benefits of a healthy lifestyle with the community. The studio is an extension of Health Focus Centre where founding Chiropractor Raffi saw the importance of health being beyond just the treatment of injury and illness.
With Lidia and her background as a professional dancer and training in Yoga, they found common ground in the idea that movement is a vital part of maintaining physical and mental health. And so, Focus Yoga & Pilates studio was created. A place for people to connect with like-minded others."
