Description

First Taekwondo is a traditional non-competitve martial art and therefore reaches much further than mere Self Defence effectiveness. The discipline, mental training and varied techniques of First Tae kwon-do also provide the grounds for engendering in the practitioner a strong sense of confidence, fortitude, compassion, humility and resolve. It is this vital conditioning that separates the true practitioner from the one who has mastered only the physical aspects of the martial art.

  A great place to go to each and every week. Instructors all personable and more than willing to help you out. Been going there for a few years and will keep going there for as long as I can. So glad to be a part of that Dojang.

  Great martial arts training for all ages

  I have trained at this dojang for a couple of years now and with each session I learn more. The instructors and black belts are always willing to assist the juniors all the way to the senior instructors. It is great to have a separate children's and adult class.
