First Tae Kwon Do D teaches the original, non-competitive style of Taekwondo, which emphasises practical self-defence skills and the physical/mental development of our members. Our members train twice weekly and also have the option of attending other First Tae Kwon Do classes at other venues throughout the week at no extra cost.

First TKD accepts children from the age of 6. We invite interested members to come along to a class to see what our training is like, and to apply for a free introductory class. For more information on our childrens' Taekwondo classes please call or email us today.

    The real deal in Martial Arts
    I started training with my kids - we all now have black belts. The school has had a positive impact on all our lives, especially it gave us an activity we could do together as a family. The traditional values of discipline, spirit and perseverance, and the high standards that are demonstrated by the instructors, give confidence that you are learning skills and a way of life that will stand you in good stead.

    Traditional martial arts for all ages
    Teaches both self defense and discipline and allows people of all ages to develop self confidence and physical strength. This is what made me enrol my children

    Great taekowndo club
    First Taekwondo has amazing classes which offer a variety of realistic self defence techniques that are taught by experienced instructors. Besides learning how to defend yourself, their classes also provide many benefits such as fitness, flexibility and strength. I highly recommend trying one of First Taekwondo's classes.

    Tradtional Martial Arts
    An awesome school which teaches Traditional Values. The Martial Arts is a mixture of old Style mixed with a very progessive mindset on new style. Veru well balanced Art.

    Outstanding TKD school
    Our boys have been with First TKD since they were 7 years old. They are now 11, 14 & 15 and they have learnt invaluable physical and mental lessons from attending this school and attaining their brown and black belts after years of training. This is not a show up and get a belt promotion kind of school, it teaches hard work and dedication and builds strong minds and bodies in all aspects of life.

    I highly reccoment First Tae Kwon Do. Many areas of my life benefit from training with FTKD. My fitness, my flexibility, self defense skills and confidence have all greatly benefited. The Instructors are very friendly, encouraging and always helping me to reach my next goal. Training days are my favorite days of the week.
