Kiara First Martial Arts is not only self-defence training, but it will also enhance every aspect of your mental and physical well-being. Other SKILLS that can be expected to be developed through dedicated practice under the supervision of a qualified First Martial Arts Instructor are: Increased Fitness & Good Health, Flexibility, Strength, Co-ordination, Balance, Concentration and Mental Focus, Self Discipline / Self Control, Self Confidence, Manners / Social Etiquette.

FITNESS & WELL BEING
The movements in TaeKwonDo are scientifically designed with a specific purpose in mind. Many movements involve beneficial stretching of the arms, legs and torso and regular practice of the Art will increase your level of aerobic fitness. With the toning of muscles and lose of weight, members should eventually achieve a figure that is proportionate and strong. Also, the mental aspects of Traditional (Non-competitive) Tae Kwon Do enable you to develop a far more positive attitude to life in general.
