Offering well rounded martial arts training in both grappling and striking, for men, women and children.

Our schedule includes Fundamentals sessions for beginners and for those wanting to brush up on their foundation techniques, BJJ Open classes for all levels, and separate sessions for No Gi, Takedowns practice,Striking, MMA, Yoga, and Kids' Self-Defence.

Sessions run mornings, afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays. Our facility is also equipped with weights, and strength and conditioning gear, to complement your training routine.

We pride ourselves in helping our members achieve all of the outcomes they desire--whether that be:

* learning self defence skills for the real world
* increasing self esteem and confidence
* reaching a new level of health and fitness
* becoming a champion athlete
* becoming a mixed martial arts competitor

  • Black Belt: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
  • Yoga Teacher: 300+ hour qualified and registered with Yoga Australia
Certifications
  • Blue Card: All instructors at our facility are Blue Card certified
  • First Aid and CPR
