Description

Felicity Holistic Care offers flexible, responsive services, to meet the individual needs of people with a disability. Our mission is to ensure our clients are empowered to live the life they want, feel safe, living independently in their own home and are an active member of the community.

SOCIAL & SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
The Felicity Holistic Care - Superheroes School Holiday Program and Social Group activities, provide children and teens living with a disability the opportunity to make friends and try new experiences in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. The next School Holiday program will be held in the winter School Holidays.

WINTER SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM - JULY 2024.
Have a blast meeting new people and exploring new places. Activities include: Cooking classes, Sovereign Hill, Melbourne SeaLife Aquarium, dance classes and more! Make friends and try new experiences in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Location: Wyndham Park Community Centre, Werribee.
Dates: 1st - 12th July.

We have two programs one for Childen aged 6 to 12 years and a Teen group for those aged 12 to 17 years.
- AGES: 6-17 years
- Centre based and offsite activities
- NDIS Registered Provider - Use your NDIS funding.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Felicity Holistic Care provide a wide range of disability services to improve your quality of life, from short term, through to 24 hour support, every day. Services include: support coordination, supported independent living, plan management, respite care, community participation, assistance with daily personal activities, attendant care, community nursing care, assistance with travel and independent living options. Additionally, we offer a range of allied health services including Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Occupational Therapy.
