Physie: A Fusion of Dance and Sport. Fun, upbeat, pop music is the soundtrack to a sport that fuses together dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga! Physie (also known as Physical Culture) is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase flexibility, strength and fitness. Its a synchronised, team-based sport that is social and fun and an excellent low impact aerobic activity.
Everton Physie provides classes for all ages and abilities, from preschoolers to ladies. Designed with Australian families in mind, classes start from $8 per week. With no expensive costume or recital fees, Physie is an affordable way to keep fit (with a touch of glamour and a lot of fun!).
Unlike some ballet and dance studios, BJP Physie focuses on developing the self-esteem of its students. By teaching them to have a positive relationship with their bodies, students blossom with confidence and self-assurance. BJP Physie strives to "empower girls for life"

    A wonderful Club
    Everton Physie has been a great confidence booster for my daughter. The enthusiastic team of teachers share their passion in a fun, supportive environment. My daughter has made great friendships here. A wonderful club.

    Great for girls and their mums!
    Physie is great for girls and women of all ages. Everton club caters for tiny tots right through to ladies. Friendly club, full of club spirit!
