Eunoia Yoga offers kids and teens yoga classes that are specially designed to introduce growing minds and bodies to the calming, strengthening and confidence building benefits of yoga.

At Eunoia, we believe young people need the life-enhancing benefits of yoga too, which is why we are bringing dedicated kids and teens classes to Hobart.

Designed specially for growing bodies and playful minds, these engaging classes use yoga asanas (movement) to cultivate strength, mobility, confidence and body awareness. Breathing practices, mindfulness and meditation are also explored to build self-awareness and resilience.

Unlike adults classes, we use a variety of mediums to explore yoga and its benefits for the mind and body. In our kids classes, we weave story telling, games, partner yoga and creative movement into our practice to ensure kids are engaged and inspired. Your child/ren will come away from these classes feeling refreshed, calm and a new.

Classes run during the school term and are open to students aged 6 to 15 years.
