Description
I am a trained Yoga Teacher with multiple specialties for adults and children. I am a Certified, Qualified and registered Children's Yoga Teacher with training in Yoga Therapy. I am also a Children's Mindfulness Practitioner.

I offer yoga sessions, yoga therapy sessions, and Mindfulness programs for children from 3 years of age to 18 years of age (as well as for adults).

I am fully registered with Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance. I hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate and the Working With Children Card
