ENDURANCE Taekwondo offers martial arts and self defence training for all ages in a family run, safe and encouraging environment. Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in the world and offers traditional concepts to modern day sport.
Run by Alistair Lawson, a martial artist of over 36 years who started at the age of 6 and a black belt since 1993. We cover a number of different classes to aim at a variety of ages and abilities:
MINI KICKERS - 3-6 year olds - Teaches all the basics of Taekwondo as well as making a fun way to learn through skill based drills and games.

JUNIORS - 7-11 year olds - Teaching all areas of Taekwondo from speed and agility work through to self defence and sparring drills.

CADETS 12 - 17years old & SENIORS 18 years + All areas covered in detail through classes in which we focus on one aspect each session to see the area is covered thoroughly and classes vary and stay fresh.

Classes are offered 6 days per week Monday through to Saturdays.

Head Instructor Alistair offers a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in Martial Arts. Victorian Taekwondo champ and Martial Artist since 1983 with a variety of style studied including Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Kick Boxing, Kung Fu and Karate.
Qualified Level 1 Taekwondo Instructor, Cert IV in Fitness, National Diploma in Sports Coaching, Working with Children, First Aid Level 2.

We offer 23 classes over 6 days per week for all ages 3 years +.
Our classes cover everything from Self Defence, Sparring Drills, Flexibility, Fitness, Agility and all traditional aspects of Taekwondo.
