Master Ron Claassens 7th and Anne Mouland Claassens 5th Dan are the main instructors.
The Institute of Modern Tae Kwon Do has become one of Sydneys finest martial arts organisations with taekwondo classes held in multiple locations. Under the direction of Chief Instructor Grand Master Ron Claassens, 7th Dan, adults and kids alike can learn and succeed in taekwondo for fitness, discipline, and community.

Master Ron provides the best modern training methods and techniques, combined with a deep respect for the traditions of the art.

At the IMT we will endeavour to make you the fittest, strongest and most flexible you can possibly be. We develop your full potential by instilling the guiding tenets of taekwondo into each of our students.
We are a family orientated business established on the northern beaches for more than 35 years. Focusing on the tenets of Tae Kwon Do- Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control , Indomitable spirit. We have kids only( little tigers) classes , family classes and teenager /adult classes. We offer a free uniform for little tigers when the join for a term.

All IMT instructors are qualified and experienced in taekwondo and other styles of martial arts. Come and try a four lesson introduction pass for only $40, or get a beginners package for $210. The beginners pack includes patched uniform, gloves, shinguards and mouth guard, insurance and club membership.
