High quality recreational gymnastics classes for ages 2 to adult in Edgecliff. Maximum of 8 children per coach, all coaches are super qualified and extremely passionate about gymnastics and children.

We have great equipment including uneven bars, parallel bars, beams, rings, floor, air floor, trampoline, trapeze, rope and more.

Gymnastics is a great way to develop strength, flexibility and coordination and is a wonderful foundation sport for boys and girls of all ages.

We offer Mini Gym for ages 2-3.5 which is a parent/child class. Kindergym classes are drop-off classes for age 3.5 until starting school, with both 45 minute and 1 hour options.

Recreation classes offer high quality, technical coaching in a fun and casual environment. Children are grouped by age and ability so are always learning at their correct level and with peers their own age.

We also offer adult classes which are a fantastic way to gain all over fitness and strength as well as learn skills such as handstands, roundoffs, back handsprings and somersaults.

Holiday camps during school holidays are great to keep boys and girls age 5-12 very busy and active and learning new tricks.
