Dowse Dance Academy is one of Adelaide’s leading Performing Arts Schools and is located in the northern suburbs. DDA was established in 1979 and continues to provide high quality tuition to students. DDA offers a wide range of classes supporting students aspiring to professional carriers in performing arts as well as those who dance for fun and fitness or for the love of dance. Dowse Dance Academy’s teachers are highly trained and provide exciting new opportunities to students who wish to dance, sing and perform.

Dowse Dance Academy offers classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics and Strength and Conditioning as well as Performance based classes and Full Time Nationally Accredited dance courses.


Our Kinder classes and Wiggle Jiggle Giggle classes are a lot of fun for the little students, we incorporate movement and dance technique and develop their love for dance and performing.
