Description

Physical Culture is a fun way to get fit and socialise through gentle exercises performed with music! It promotes good posture, strength and flexibility.
Classes are held on Wednesday at the following times:

Preschoolers: 4:00-4:30pm
5&6 years: 4:30-5:15pm
7&8 years: 5:15-6:00pm
9-12 years: 6:00-6:45pm
13/14-Seniors: 6:45-7:30pm
Ladies: 7:30-8:15pm
Open/Advanced Seniors: 8:15-9:00pm
