Physie is a modern dance sport for girls of ALL ages, from 3 years to Ladies! The Doncaster School of Physical Culture promotes fun, fitness and friendship, and is a fantastic activity that you can do at any age, no matter what level of dance experience you hold.
Our classes consist of jazz, aerobics, ballet, gymnastics, marching and hip hop all rolled into one! Physie will help you gain confidence, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, poise and good posture.

We welcome beginners at any age, please come along and try out your first class for FREE!

Pre-schoolers classes are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays and girls from 2-3 year are welcome to come along for a trial.
