Hi, my name is Craig and I am a personal trainer who spent 6 years living in the United States playing college and professional baseball. This experience has led me to having a strong passion for the fitness industry and makes me uniquely qualified to understand how people grow and achieve their goals. I have developed many different training techniques through playing and coaching understand how to relate the material and message to my clients. My programs range for people wanting to lose weight, enhance their athletic prowess, change their body shape, and push their bodies to new limits and for those who just wish to have fun while exercising.
