Description

Craft and yoga drop off sessions for preschoolers age 4 and 5 (you may stay or go do something delicious for yourself) Monday mornings 10-11am during term times (8 weeks) in Thirroul.
Each session begins with a story based yoga class that will lead your child into the wonderful world of kids yoga, through favourite stories retold with a twist, or a bend, or a balance, and always a giggle. Each yoga session includes a relaxation to help rest little bodies and put busy minds at ease.
The second part of the session is for getting out the paints and glue and enjoying some creative play. We will be creating exciting and individual pieces to take home whilst exploring the many and varied facets of arts and craft.
The sessions are designed to ignite kids imaginations as well as teach a diverse range of practical school ready skills.
These classes are perfect for kids who love to move, stretch, build and create.

FAQ

Q. Do i stay with my preschooler?
A. No, you may leave your child for the hour of the class. You are also welcome to use the loungers in the adjoining room, bring a coffee and book or your laptop and enjoy the time out.

Q. My preschooler has younger siblings, can i bring them along?
A. Absolutely. Although they won't be invited to join the preschool class, we do have an adjoining room full of toys and books suitable for younger siblings to enjoy in your care, as well as a ball pit and fully equiped kids play kitchen.

Q. Do i have to register for a term?
A.Yes, and this is for a number of reasons. Firstly it gives children the chance to form friendships, some of the children may even be starting school together in the coming year. Some children can take couple of weeks to get into the groove of things, but they soon learn to thrive on the routine and become fully engaged in actives with confidence. It can also be beneficial to parents and carers who often end up swapping numbers and getting together socially.
