Located in Pakenham and Offering Martial Arts Lessons for Kids (4-7) Senior Kids (7-14) & Teen/Adults (14+). We teach Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Boxing. We offer group lessons and Private Lessons. Our Kids program concentrates on building your child's confidence, fitness and Respect while teaching them self defence skills. We have no lock in contracts and our cost is reasonable and flexible. Our Coaches are experienced Martial Artists and have worked in the defence force, law enforcement and teaching.

With classes 5 days a week we cater for everyone. We are part of the Will-Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Group. We attend competitions regularly and offer competition training for those who are interested. We offer self-defence classes and small female only classes with a female instructor.

We also work closely with local schools and can provide Martial Arts Programs suitable for Primary and Secondary Schools. We have instructors who can provide 1 on 1 private instruction or small private group instruction either during business hours or after hours.

    As soon as I walked in the gym I felt welcome. It was very easy to make friends, the gym has a great atmosphere everyone is friendly and willing to help

    The place to be.
    Concept jiu jitsu and MMA offers a variety of classes including BJJ, MMA and Kickboxing for kids and adults. This family gym has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Coaches and students are respectful, welcoming and always willing to help. All classes are informative and fun while also challenging enough to boost your fitness. Highly recommend Concept jiu jitsu for all ages and fitness levels.
