We have been in business for 22 yrs creating Painting and Handbuilding with clay ,
always keeping ahead of whats new to keep those creative minds busy,
We offer School holiday programs with many options to choose from, all are 3 hour long
Play with Clay sessions:
3 hours of learning the basic techniques used in pottery . Every day we will be creating a new piece with pinch pots, coiling and slab techniques , all pieces will be functional and kids will also be able to paint their creations in the same session
Ceramic Pottery Painting:
Choose a piece that has been made by us from our shelves , then draw and use underglaze paints to create your own masterpieces that you can eat out of, leave your creations with us and we will fire and glaze them .
Acrylic Canvas Painting
You will be guided to follow the instructor step by step in a pre chosen art piece .

We offer Birthday parties with a difference
With 4 perfect Ceramic pottery painting packages to choose from for all budgets, with food, drinks,games and dancing all inclusive in a 2.5 hrs of creative fun, just bring the cake

Weekly Kids Art classes are also offered on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 pm to 6 pm
We will guide your child through many different mediums to learn how to paint, draw and be able to express themselves freely.

    Great place for Birthday Parties
    I have booked two parties at Tennyson Studios for my daughters as they both wanted a ceramic art party. (12yo and 10yo). At both parties all the girls had a great time, and produced such beautiful pieces. I loved that they all learnt a little something about ceramic art, created something and were still able to interact with their friends. Instructions were clear and tailored to the age group. The atmosphere was fun, the studio was bright and the girls were surrounded by inspiring ceramic art pieces. All the girls were fully engaged the whole 2.5hours. As a parent it was a no-fuss, no stress party (literally just bring the cake). Thank you Tennyson Studios for a highly enjoyable party and being so accommodating (especially when more guests showed up than expected). Highly recommend Tennyson Studios.
