RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS + ACROBATICS: a vibrant, dynamic sport where students are required to show strength, flexibility and grace while performing routines strictly in time to music. Gymnasts execute leaps, balances, rotations, dance and acrobatic skills while manipulating hand apparatus such as Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs and Ribbon.
