    AUC teaches it’s students using traditional Taekwondo patterns in conjunction with a modernised curriculum and an emphasis on self-defence. AUC is open to all ages and fitness levels. The easiest way to join AUC is to attend one of our training sessions at either Springfield or Kallangur and speak directly to one of our instructors.
