Our 2015/2016 little athletics summer season kicks off with our Registration Day to be held at the Meadowglen Athletics Track on Saturday 12th September from 10am – 1pm. Little athletics is for children aged 5 to 15 and is a summer sport. It runs from September through to mid March. Events include running, hurdles, race walking, shot put, discus, javelin, triple jump, long jump & high jump. The athletes compete in 4 events each week (2 track + 2 field) and there are 4 programs that alternate each week so the athletes get to compete in a good variety of events.
