Are triathlons for your kid(s)?
Do your kids have energy to spare? If they enjoy a challenge and love a bit of variation, they might enjoy participating in a triathlon for kids. Kids’ triathlons have an emphasis on fun rather than trying to turn your child into the next iron man although for kids who have a natural talent and are prepared to undergo intense training, it is an Olympic sport!
Triathlons are unique in that they combine a series of different athletic competitions in to one event. Although the distances vary depending on the event, all triathlons include swimming, cycling and running. Also known as mini triathlons, triathlon type activities for kids might have a number of benefits for participants:
Introduce kids to sport and encourage an active lifestyle
Improves kids’ fitness and agility
Encourages a number of skills including water confidence and cycling ability.
Can provide a great base of fitness and skill to pursue other athletic activities in the future
Lots of fun!
Is your child school age and keen to start? Most junior triathlons start at age 7. If your child is younger than that, they might enjoy a different athletic based activity for kids such as little athletics or swimming. Triathlons for kids are great because they allow children with strengths in different areas to compete on a more level playing field, so even if your child isn’t the strongest swimmer, he or she can still have a chance to succeed by cycling or sprinting fast.
Get your kids to start triathlons!
Check out our ActiveActivities Directory for your local triathlons clubs!. Most clubs will have kids activities aimed at training for local events and there will probably be a team your children can join. Training in a team is lots of fun but it is a bit of a commitment as your children will need to participate regularly and be disciplined if they want to succeed.
Training camps are a great way to get your child started and often run during the school holidays for 3-5 days. Costs are around $180 for a programme and all gear, including a wetsuit is generally included. Who knows, maybe your child could be the next ironman or woman!

Athletics comprises a series of track and field sports, usually held outdoors. Most events rely on the competitor's stamina or speed. Organised athletics can be formally traced back to 776 BC and the Ancient Greek Olympic games. The Amateur Athletic Association was set up in England in 1880, but formal athletics had been growing in popularity since the 18th century. In Australia, professional foot racing became popular in the gold rush towns of New South Wales and Victoria in the mid 1800s. Professional athletics is now one of the cornerstones of the Olympics and Commonwealth games.
Many events take place in direct competition with competitors. These can include, but are not limited to sprints, marathons, hurdles and relays. Other events require competitors to beat others scores to win. These include hurling, long jump, high jump and shot-put.

Unplug and Unleash Creativity
In a world buzzing with gadgets and gizmos, it's more important than ever to encourage our kids to disconnect and plug into nature. Why not mix a little fresh air with a whole lot of creativity? Painting, that's right! Let those tiny hands wield brushes and let their imagination run wild with the vibrant colors of nature.
Embracing Nature's Beauty
Australia is a treasure trove of stunning landscapes - from golden sandy beaches to lush rainforests, to the vastness of the Outback. By taking art outdoors, kids get to soak in the inspiration that's all around them. They'll learn to appreciate the vibrant colors of flowers, the play of light and shadow through the trees, and the endless array of textures that nature provides.
Setting the Stage: Art Schools in Nature
Now, you might be wondering, "Sounds great, but where do we start?" Well, guess what? There are plenty of art schools and programs that focus on outdoor creativity. These programs are designed to help kids explore their artistic flair while enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors. They learn to observe, interpret, and bring their visions to life on the canvas.
Painting the Picture: Benefits Galore
Before you think of this as just a fun activity, let's dive into the benefits:
Connection with Nature: Kids who spend time outdoors are known to develop a strong bond with nature, fostering a sense of care and responsibility for the environment.
Enhanced Observation: Outdoor art encourages keen observation as children notice the fine details of leaves, rocks, insects, and more, translating into improved focus and attention to detail.
Stress Relief: Fresh air, sunshine, and the act of creating can do wonders for reducing stress and anxiety in kids (and us grown-ups too!).
Unleashing Imagination: Being outdoors and free from structured environments often sparks unbridled imagination and innovative thinking.
Motor Skills and Coordination: Painting with natural materials or even just fingers enhances fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Confidence Boost: Watching their ideas materialize on canvas fosters a sense of accomplishment and boosts self-confidence.
Art Supplies? Think Nature!
One of the coolest aspects of outdoor art is that the world around us becomes our art supply store. Leaves, flowers, pebbles, twigs – these natural treasures can be used as brushes, stamps, and even paint sources. Don't worry; it's all about exploring and experimenting. Of course, a trusty set of watercolors and paper comes in handy too!
Setting Up Your Outdoor Art Studio
Creating art alfresco is all about the experience. Here's how you can set up the perfect outdoor art studio:
Location, Location, Location: Choose a spot with good lighting and minimal distractions. A backyard, park, or even the beach could be perfect.
Comfy Seating: Throw in some picnic rugs or cushions for comfortable seating. Who said art has to be serious?
Supplies at Hand: Organize your art supplies neatly so that kids can easily access them.
Open-Ended Play: Remember, the goal is to let kids express themselves. So, don't fret about rules and results. It's all about the process.
A Creative Adventure Awaits!
In beautiful Australia, where breathtaking landscapes abound, it's time to let your child's creative spirit roam free. By embracing the beauty of nature and translating it onto canvas, your little artist can nurture their creativity, boost their confidence, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
So, gather those paints, head outdoors, and let your child's imagination take flight. Whether it's a messy masterpiece or a carefully crafted scene, each stroke of the brush is a step into a world where art and nature dance together in perfect harmony.

Introduction
As parents and caregivers, you want the best for your child, especially when it comes to education and extracurricular activities. Drama School offers a unique opportunity for kids to explore creativity, build confidence, and develop communication skills. But with so many options available, how do you choose the right drama school in Australia? In this article, we’ll guide you through the process, ensuring that you make an informed decision for your child’s artistic journey.
Understanding Your Child’s Needs
Before diving into the search for a drama school, it’s essential to understand your child’s interests and needs. Some kids thrive in a highly structured environment, while others may prefer a more relaxed, creative setting. Consider their personality, age, and level of experience in drama. This initial assessment will help you narrow down the type of drama school that will best suit your child.
Class Size Matters
When it comes to Drama Classes, the size of the class can significantly impact your child’s learning experience. Smaller classes often mean more personalized attention and greater opportunities for participation. Larger classes might offer a broader social experience but can sometimes limit individual interaction with the teacher. Aim for a drama school that maintains a balanced class size, ensuring that your child receives the attention they deserve.
Teaching Methodologies
The approach a drama school takes towards teaching is crucial. Some schools might focus on improvisation and creative expression, while others may emphasize script work and traditional theatre techniques. It’s important to choose a school whose teaching style aligns with your child’s interests and learning style. Don’t hesitate to ask about the curriculum and teaching methodologies when researching different schools.
Qualifications of Instructors
The quality of Drama Teachers plays a significant role in your child’s development in the arts. Look for schools where instructors are not only experienced in drama but also in teaching children. Check their qualifications, background, and approach to teaching. A good drama teacher should be able to inspire and challenge students while creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Beyond the Classroom: Performance Opportunities
Participation in actual performances can be a thrilling and educational experience for kids. When choosing a drama school, consider the opportunities they offer for students to perform. Recitals, plays, and public performances are excellent ways for children to showcase their skills and gain confidence. It also gives you a chance to see their progress in action.
Feedback and Communication
A drama school that values communication and provides regular feedback is invaluable. Look for schools that offer parent-teacher meetings or send regular updates about your child’s progress. This open line of communication ensures that you are aware of their development and can support them in their journey.
Considering the Logistics
Practical considerations such as location, class schedules, and fees are also important. Ensure the school’s location is convenient and that class times fit into your child’s routine without causing too much disruption. Additionally, consider the affordability of the classes and whether the school offers scholarships or discounts.
Conclusion
Choosing the right drama school for your child involves a blend of understanding your child’s needs, researching schools, and considering practical logistics. By focusing on class size, teaching methodologies, instructor qualifications, performance opportunities, and effective communication, you can find a drama school in Australia that will not only nurture your child’s talent but also enrich their overall development

string(199) "Discover how to choose the perfect dance class for your child, focusing on their interests, the quality of dance schools, and creating a supportive, enriching environment for young dancers to thrive."
["overview"]=>
string(530) "In Australia, dance is more than just a pastime for kids; it's a journey into a world of rhythm, expression, and joy. Whether it's the poise of ballet, the energy of hip hop, or the rhythm of contemporary dance, there's a dance class that can ignite your child's passion and enhance their physical and emotional well-being. But with so many options, how do you find the perfect class that resonates with your child's interests and aspirations? Let's explore how to make that choice, ensuring a rewarding experience for your child."
["content"]=>
string(4882) "
Understanding Your Child's Interests
The first step in choosing the right dance class is to understand your child's interests and personality. Does your child love to move and groove to the latest beats, suggesting they might enjoy hip hop classes? Or do they show an interest in classical music and graceful movements, indicating a potential love for ballet dancing classes? Engaging your child in conversations about their preferences and observing their natural movement at home can provide valuable insights.
It's also essential to consider the learning environment that would best suit your child. Some children thrive in structured, disciplined settings, like those often found in ballet dancing classes, where precision and formality are emphasized. In contrast, others may prefer the freedom and creativity offered by contemporary dance or hip hop classes, which often encourage individual expression and improvisation.
Evaluating Dance Schools and Classes
Once you have a clear idea of your child's interests, the next step is to evaluate dance schools and the classes they offer. Here are some factors to consider:
Curriculum and Teaching Philosophy
Research the curriculum and teaching philosophy of potential dance schools. A good dance program should offer a balanced approach, emphasizing both technique and creative expression. Look for schools that cater to children's developmental stages, offering classes that challenge and engage them at an appropriate level.
Quality of Instruction
The quality of instruction is crucial. Instructors should be not only skilled dancers themselves but also experienced in teaching children. They should know how to inspire young dancers, encourage positive self-esteem, and foster a love for dance. Don't hesitate to ask about the credentials and experience of the teaching staff.
Class Size and Environment
Small class sizes ensure that your child receives personalized attention and guidance, which is vital for their development as a dancer. Visit the school to observe the facilities. A safe, clean, and welcoming environment will enhance your child's learning experience and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged.
Performance Opportunities
Performances allow children to showcase their skills, build confidence, and experience the thrill of dancing for an audience. Inquire about recital and performance opportunities. Participating in these events can be a highlight of your child's dance experience, offering them a goal to work towards and a sense of achievement.
Feedback from Other Parents
Speaking with other parents can provide invaluable insights into a dance school's reputation and the experiences of other children. Ask about their child's progress, enjoyment of the class, and any feedback they have on the school's communication and support.
After checking out potential dance schools, involve your child in the final decision. Discuss the options, and consider attending trial classes if available. This can be an excellent way for your child to get a feel for the class's atmosphere, the teaching style, and whether it's a good fit for their interests and personality.
Remember, the right dance class for your child is one where they feel happy, motivated, and part of a community. It should be a place where they can grow, not just as dancers, but as confident and creative individuals. Trust your instincts and your child's reactions when making your choice.
Finding the perfect dance class for your child nvolves understanding their interests, researching and evaluating dance schools and their offerings, and making an informed decision based on your child's needs and preferences. Whether it's ballet dancing classes, hip hop classes, or any other dance form, the right class can provide your child with a foundation of skills, a source of joy, and a lifelong love for dance. So take the first step on this exciting journey with your child, and enjoy watching them find their beat and dance their way to happiness and success.

Are youth support services right for your kids?
Both parents and children may benefit from learning more about the various youth support services in NSW. Youth support services offer a range of benefits like helping kids learn more about dealing with school, friends, family, health, and other areas of life.
Youth support organisations can help kids with emotional and mental health issues. Young people ages between five and 25 years old can call the Kids Helpline (1800 551 800) for advice regarding family, mental health issues, child abuse, bullying, and other issues. Homelessness NSW also provides social services in NSW for families who are unable to find somewhere safe and secure to live. Homelessness NSW provides youth support services specifically targeting toddlers and children.

From birth up to three years is what we consider as the developmental period. It is the period when the human brain is already receptive to learning. Early learning plays an important role during the developmental period. Kids education doesn't need to wait until the kid enters preschool or kindergarten. It is better to start early!

Is early learning important for your kids?
Child care centres and day care services provide early kids education programs that contribute not only to cognitive development, but also to socio-emotional development, as these areas are interconnected. Kids gain socio-emotional learning from the relationships they build and by being engaged and motivated in what they are learning. In the cognitive aspect, kids learn from kids activities that build early language, reading, and math skills - three of the most basic areas kids need to learn early.
The role of adults does not stop with being their teachers; their role is also to encourage and inspire kids to learn. That's why teachers make sure that kids have fun while learning when participating in preschool activities. Most early learning activities are in the form of kids learning games so they would be more engaged and driven to participate. Allow them to explore the world around them, pick up things and examine them. Activities for kids are more effective and engaging if they are hands-on, activities that will activate their investigative and creative thinking skills.
Early learning will:
Enhance an infant's brain development;
Cultivate school readiness;
Enable kids to explore, discover, and grow through play-based learning;
Develop a strong foundation for learning in all areas – language, math, arts, and physical activities; and
Improve socio-emotional development through interaction with peers and teachers.
Early learning can also start at home. Studies say that kids learn more easily with people they are familiar and comfortable with. You can teach them language and literature by reading bedtime stories to them. Teach them colour recognition and familiarise them with shapes and signs through educational toys like flash cards and puzzles. Bring them to the grocery and get them acquainted to labels and also street signs while you're on the road. Kids can learn from almost anything!
Some parents may be too busy that they consent their kids to child care centres. Entrust your kids to day care services that will not only look after your kids, but also make sure they learn and have fun during their stay. You can browse our ActiveActivities Directory for a list of early learning centres in Australia and more helpful tips on early learning.
Enhance your baby's brain development! Prepare them for preschool! Make sure your kids experience fun early learning activities!

Play parks are playgrounds for your children. Playgrounds are a great place for you and your kids to meet up with friends. Playgrounds provide plenty of Kids activities and lots of fun, whilst you and your children are outside in the fresh air.
Invented in Germany over 200 years ago, playgrounds were originally a form of boot camp where children were trained to play correctly. Modern play parks are geared towards kids having fun, and many happy hours can be whiled away in these exciting and usually safe environments.
Playgrounds began appearing in Australia in the 1800s, and today there are play parks throughout the country.

Is this play park right for your kids and family?
When choosing a play park for your kids, consider what you want your children to take away from the experience. Fun should be a priority! But play parks can offer many benefits, including:
Experts agree that playground social skills become vital resources that children carry forward into adulthood.
Playing games is essential to learning. Kids benefit most from the spontaneous play encouraged by playgrounds.
Physical activity builds fitness and can fosters self-esteem
Playgrounds generally require social interaction, as kids need to wait their turn and share. The grounds os social etiquette are introduced in playgrounds.
Will the play park you are considering meet your children's needs?
Some kids do best in a calmer environment
Others thrive on stimulation
Some kids just prefer the outdoors (Remember the sunscreen)
Ensure you select a park appropriate to your child's age. Regulations keep play parks relatively safe for kids, but a park designed for twelve year olds could endanger a toddler for example.
Parks often provide additional facilities such as caf?s and souvenir shops, where mum can relax while the kids entertain themselves and often mums will catch up with each other, enjoying a couple of moments or relative peace so they can chat, especially at indoor play parks. Which are great for those wet and cold days.
Get ready to get there with your kid(s)!
When planning your play park visit, pick the right time. Some parks close for winter, and most are crowded during school holidays or rainy days and weekends. Also if there is bad flu going around you might want to reconsider a visit or take some wipes to try keep their hands and faces clean Always make sure you wash your child's hands before you leave. Don't forget to take water, the little ones can work up a thirst with all the running around.
Indoor play Centres
Make sure the costs fit your budget. Many indoor play centres admit babies under 1 year for free. Family discounts are common, and paying online can be cheaper than at the gate. Remember to ensure the price includes activities, entertainment and equipment use.
Consult the park rules before going. Children may be required to wear socks when playing on certain equipment, or forbidden to wear thongs etc. Play parks with caf?s may not let you bring your own food, and the food available is not always healthy, so avoid being there over lunchtimes if you want to avoid junk food.
Outdoor play parks
Don't forget to check the playground rules and the weather! Pack hats, sunscreen, warm clothes and raingear as needed.
Now you're all ready for this kids' activity, have a great time!

Are circus schools for your kid(s)?
Do your kids love the circus? If they enjoy watching circus performers, they might love the opportunity to become a performer themselves! Training to be a clown, acrobat or magician can be lots of fun and a great way to make new friends.
Other benefits include:
Circus training can enhance kids’ physical development. Swinging on a trapeze and performing acrobatics are great exercise and build strength and overall fitness.
Improved hand eye co-ordination. Juggling and practising magic tricks can help with fine motor skills and co-ordination, not to mention mental focus.
Increased confidence. Learning new skills to show off to friends and family can be a great confidence booster for kids.
Can give kids useful skills that transfer to other areas of their life. Learning how to make people laugh or developing improved mental focus can all be extremely useful in a number of different situations.
Circus lessons can usually start from 5 years of age and continue into adulthood. Some circus school kids activities may be unsuitable for very young children, but there will be plenty to keep them busy no matter what age. Many kids will enjoy dressing up in costumes and performing their newly learned skills in a marquee.
Get your kids to start circus school!
Circus schools are growing in popularity among kids and parents search the ActiveActivities Directoryy to find your local circus lessons. Circus workshops often run on weekends and during school holidays. Circus themed schools and circus camps can be a good form of entertainment for kids during the school holidays offering kids activities that are bound to keep them smiling! Cost for a day workshop is around $60.
No circus school in your area? How about other performing arts such as dance or theatre? If your children are into the acrobatic side of circus performing, they might enjoy gymnastics instead. Budding comedians might find clown schools more to their taste. Circus schools are a versatile and fun way for kids to keep fit and make new friends!

Is volleyball for your kids?
Toddlers can start playing volleyball while they are learning balancing and coordination. Teach them basic volleyball skills such as passing and tossing with softer and safer alternatives to volleyballs such as balloons and smaller balls that are easy to toss around. They can also learn a lot about volleyball by watching volleyball games. But they can understand this ball sport and the rules more by actually learning to play it. The six basic skills mastered in competitive volleyball are serve, pass, set, attack, block, and dig.
Volleyball requires high levels of endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility. You can encourage your children to learn volleyball by sending them to volleyball camps for kids that offer programs including volleyball for beginners. Sports camps and clubs are the ideal way to make sports lessons and training more fun. Volleyball camps and clubs that specialise in teaching kids conduct volleyball drills that help them develop the required skills; and they also make it more enjoyable by incorporating kids games and other fun kids activities to keep them engaged.
There are different types of volleyball that enables your kids to enjoy the sport wherever they are. They are: beach volleyball, indoor volleyball, and outdoor volleyball. Volleyball rules are the same for all these types; just a little bit modified to adapt to the location, the number of players, and also to whether they are playing it as a competitive sport or just for leisure.
Volleyball is also a great way for the family to spend time together. Bring a ball on your next family day out or enjoy it as a family pastime in your backyard. Kids can also join volleyball leagues in schools and communities to help reinforce their skills especially if they want to turn their hobby into a serious endeavour.
Click on our ActiveActivities Directory to find the nearest sports centres and clubs, as well as the schedule of sports camps that offer volleyball lessons and training for kids. We also provide tips and ideas for great activities for your kids including babies, toddlers, and teens.
Encourage your kids to engage in activities that help develop a healthy lifestyle in them, as well as to encourage physical activity. Volleyball is an ideal sport that they can learn because they can play it indoors, outdoors, on the grass or even on sand. Invite them to play a fun and non-competitive game of volleyball on the weekend. Ask their friends to come over, too!

The Inclusive Spirit of Cheerleading
Cheerleading, with its dazzling mix of gymnastics, dance, and stunts, is a sport that thrives on diversity and teamwork. It's a field where the enthusiasm, dedication, and spirit of each participant contribute significantly to the team's success. But beyond the spectacular flips and high-flying jumps, cheerleading is a community that embraces children of all skill levels, backgrounds, and abilities.
A Place for Every Skill Set
One of the most beautiful aspects of cheerleading is its ability to cater to a wide range of talents and interests. Whether your child is an aspiring gymnast, a passionate dancer, or someone who loves to rally and lead, there's a role within a cheerleading team that's just right for them. From tumblers and flyers to bases and back spots, each position requires a unique set of skills and attributes, ensuring that every child can find their niche.
Moreover, Cheerleading Classes are designed to nurture the individual strengths of each child while fostering a sense of belonging and teamwork. Cheerleading Coaches are trained to identify and develop each child's abilities, ensuring that every participant feels valued and included. This personalized approach not only boosts confidence but also cultivates a supportive environment where children can thrive.
Building Skills and Character
Cheerleading is more than just a physical activity; it's a journey of personal growth and character building. Through regular practice, competitions, and team interactions, children learn invaluable life lessons. They develop resilience, discipline, and the ability to work collaboratively towards a common goal. These skills are not only crucial on the cheerleading mat but are also transferable to many other areas of life, including academics and future careers.
Furthermore, Cheerleading Clubs offer a community where children can form lasting friendships and a sense of identity. Being part of a team teaches kids about mutual respect, empathy, and the importance of supporting one another. This social aspect of cheerleading is particularly beneficial for children, providing them with a safe and inclusive space to express themselves and grow.
Cheerleading : A Thriving Community
Cheerleading has seen a significant rise in popularity over the years, with more and more children eager to join Cheerleading Clubs and classes. This surge in interest has led to the establishment of numerous clubs across the country, each offering a variety of programs to cater to different age groups and skill levels. These clubs are not only fostering the physical and emotional development of kids but are also actively promoting the sport's inclusive values.
For parents and caregivers looking to enroll their children in cheerleading, it offers a wealth of opportunities. From beginner classes for novices to advanced training for seasoned athletes, there's something for every child. And with the support of experienced Cheerleading Coaches, parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands, receiving the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
Embracing Every Child's Potential
The question of whether there is truly a position for everyone in cheerleading can be answered with a resounding yes. This sport, with its emphasis on diversity, teamwork, and personal growth, provides a welcoming environment for all children. By participating in cheerleading, kids not only enhance their physical abilities but also build character, forge friendships, and learn valuable life lessons.

As parents and caregivers, explore the options available for their children, they can take comfort in knowing that cheerleading is a sport that truly values and embraces every participant. Whether your child dreams of performing breathtaking stunts or leading the crowd with spirited chants, cheerleading offers a fulfilling and inclusive path to pursue those aspirations.
In conclusion, cheerleading stands as a testament to the idea that there is indeed a place for everyone. It's a sport that celebrates diversity, encourages personal growth, and builds a strong sense of community. For any parent or caregiver considering cheerleading for their child, know that this dynamic and inclusive sport could very well be the perfect fit, offering not just a position on the team but a journey of self-discovery and lifelong friendships. So why not explore the vibrant world of cheerleading and see where it can take your child? The possibilities are as limitless as the enthusiasm and dedication of the kids themselves.

Broaden your knowledge
Debating requires students to have knowledge of the world around them. Students on the debating team become well-informed about world issues, politics and policy. These students develop an appreciation of a broad range of perspectives and learn to address issues from either side of the table.
Develop skills in research and analysis
Depending on the debating competition, a team may have only a few days to prepare for the debate, or may not find out whether they are affirmative or negative until an hour before. This means students must have performed thorough research and analysed their findings. Debaters learn efficient ways to research and are taught the importance of using trusted, well-informed and balanced sources for gathering information on a particular topic."

Excel in argument
In debating, students learn how to structure an argument, and the importance of backing up their points with sufficient reasons and examples. Through rigorous preparation, debaters learn how to structure the argument to build to the main point and win over an audience. They learn the importance of examples to support the information and maintain relevance. The ability to develop and present an argument is essential to written expression and essay writing – so the debating skills quickly become relevant in the classroom.
Develop crucial communication skills
Regardless of the career path any of us take, the ability to communicate effectively and think critically is instrumental to social, professional and academic success. Debaters learn to use their voice to present their argument with clarity, confidence and conviction. Debaters are taught language techniques such as anecdote and repetition to build rapport with the audience and communicate their argument with strength.
Grow your social network
Each school participates in different debating competitions, but almost all of them are inter-school competitions. Students debate against students from other schools, often visiting other schools for debates, and have the chance to talk after the debate. It’s a great way to meet other people with similar interests from outside an immediate network. The friends made through debating could end up being future peers at university or even colleagues. Chances are, they are also interested in speaking out about important issues.

This is normally for those that want to prepare for piano exams.
Currently Keyboards cost around $250 for 61 keys upwards. Acoustic Pianos cost around $3K and up.
We normally buy our keyboards from places such as Scarlet Music - Footscray, Bashs Music - Deerpark and Piano Warehouse - West Melbourne.
One Keyboard which is popular and touch sensitive is the - CASIO CASIOTONE CTS-300 61 NOTE DIGITAL KEYBOARD. This can be found at Scarlet Music - Footscray. Cost is around $295
Another touch sensitive keyboard is the - BEALE AK140 61 NOTE KEYBOARD - Cost $199 at Bashs Music Shop.

It’s our role as parents to educate and equip our children with the tools to live a happy, healthy and successful life, to benefit not only their mind but also their body.
Active children become active adults, however, there is significant evidence that shows the benefits of sport reaches far beyond activity.
Playing soccer and sports in general provides an invaluable experience for children, that exercises not only their muscles but their brains as well. It is much more than just exercise and also provides children with more than just physical well-being, it contributes to a child’s development both psychologically and socially.
Research shows the importance of physical activity for children is stronger than ever.
Sport is the key ingredient to providing a healthy, happy, prosperous life for our children, it can help develop important character traits and lifelong values in children which can create a positive impact in their lives.
