Collingwood Steiner Playgroup is an open aged playgroup with a focus on providing a nurturing and structured environment to allow children to freely experience their natural creative play. The number of coordinated play groups has been expanded and these are now offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. These provide a structured session for young children as well as a social and learning activity for their family, grandparents or carers. Occasional attendance by relevant staff from Access Health and Community provides parents with an opportunity to discuss any concerns they may have with the development of their children with health professionals.
